The VSE RS helical screw flow meters measure the flow rate based on the screw pump principle. VSI SERIES
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT GEAR FLOW METER
The positive displacement flow meters of the VSI series measure the volume flow of liquids according to the meshing gear principle. Two matched gear wheels are precisely fitted in the housing. The rotation of the measuring unit is detected tooth-by-tooth by a non- contact signal pick-up system and is converted into digital pulses. The precision gear flow meters of the VSI series offer unrivaled performance, linearity and resolution for most accurate measurement of clean viscose liquids. They are available in cast iron and stainless steel versions to suit your application.

VHM SERIES
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT GEAR FLOW METER
The positive displacement gear flow meters of the VHM series are based on the meshing gear principle and are suitable for a wide variety of liquids, especially liquids with high abrasiveness and poor lubricity. Each tooth generates an impulse by recognition of the gear rota- tion by a non-contact detection system according to the carrier frequency principle. The VHM flow meters are available with single, double or quadruple resolution and signal-output with NPN- or PNP-switching mode. Additionally, the flow meters are dead spaced opti- mized for (easy flushing) use in the paint industry and for paint spraying systems.

The VSE EF ecoflow has been developed as a response to customer demands for all the performance of the tradi- tional VSI flow meter but with a lightweight and more cost effective design, making them ideal for lower pres- sure hydraulics, lubrication systems, spray coatings and with high temperature options for hotmelt adhesives. The Aluminum flow meter VSE EF ecoflow uses the same gear set as the VSI and is based on the same meshing gear principle. The VSE EF ecoflow measures viscous media, however as in-line-device.

Turbine flow meters are precise and reliable measur- ing equipment, designed for varied applications. Basically, the VTR series consists of a rotor, the housing and the measurement pick-up. As a result of the specific inner diameter, the turbine’s revolu- tions are directly proportional to the flow. VTR flow meters can be installed even under the harshest appli- cation conditions including oil, petrochemical and chemical industries as well as other industrial sectors. All VTR flow meters are individually calibrated.

VSE offers a range of transport case systems for the safe transportation of flow meters and evaluation units. The flow meter can be stored in a separate special case within the transportation box to protect the evaluation electronics against contamination of potentially leaking fluid.
